Even though it was almost a year ago, being part of the Rose’s secret event for Wonder still feels like it was a dream. I almost didn’t go. I tried to talk myself out of it and came up with several excuses – it was too far, I didn’t know anyone else going, I had work, there were other fans more deserving, I’m going to be the oldest one there.. But it was the Rose’s own words that motivated me to participate “Don’t live your life like you have a thousand years / Ready for you to waste your time / On regrets”. When I arrived to the event, I was amazed at the diversity of everyone there; people of different genders, ages, races, languages and sizes were represented. Working all together for the shoot was a snapshot of the message that the Rose carries with them in their music – that our humanity is bigger than our differences and that dreams, hope and music are for everyone. Thank you Woosung, Dojoon, Hajoon & Jaehyeong for 7 amazing years and cheers to many more.
